Yes. Orders containing several items may be shipped in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers, and the parcels may arrive on different days. This is normal and does not mean an item is missing.
Orders are fulfilled by partners outside the United States, primarily in mainland China. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is 10–20 business days to the United States, 12–25 to Canada, 12–25 to the United Kingdom and EU, and 15–30 to the rest of the world with standard shipping.
